暑假BALLOUT篮球封闭特训营是高强度的，封闭式的训练，每天包含上午3个小时的个人技巧训练，下午团队技战术训练以及2场正规比赛，旨在帮助那些正在不断提升的球员达到他们的下一个阶段。

The Summer BALLOUT Basketball Camp is an intense, closed camp with3 hours of individual skills training in the morning, team skills and tactics training in the afternoon and 2 regular competition every day, designed to help players improve and reach their next level.

Player Theme
BALLOUT篮球封闭特训营将选取一名职业球星作为主题人物，球员们将通过教练的讲解和相关的视频分析，技能学习等，全方位学习该球员的篮球成长历程。

Summer BALLOUT Basketball Camp will select a professional ball player as the theme character, players will be through the coach's explanation and related video analysis, skill learning, etc., all-round learning that player's basketball growth history.

Station Training
BALLOUT篮球特训营的核心环节之一就是我们的营站式分组训练，帮助不同水平的球员充分参与到基础技能提升，充满挑战的动作学习以及与实战息息相关的技巧学习中。

Station-based group trainingis one of the core aspects of the camp, which helps players of all levels fully engage in fundamental skill improvement, challenging movement learning, and in-game tricks.
球员们会在入营的第一天依据他们的年龄和水平进行分组训练，这样可以保证在特训营期间每位球员可以受到最合理的指导。结合个人技巧训练、团队合作、模拟赛及体现团队精神的课堂教学方式，在夯实篮球基本功之外，还会指导策略、传授体育精神，磨炼球员意志力。

Players are grouped based on their age and ability level on the first day of camp. This ensures that each player receives the most appropriate instruction during the camp. All classes provide individual skills training, teamwork, and simulated games. The camp is not just to improve player's fundamental skills but also to teach them game strategy and tactics, the spirit of sportsmanship, and hone their willpower.

暑假BALLOUT篮球特训营配有篮球教练、生活老师、医护、摄影师等，整体工作人员与球员配比在1:8左右。在训练期间，球员将有机会与每位教练接触，可以学习不同教练的授课风格。

Summer BALLOUT Basketball Camp is staffed with basketball coaches, life teachers, medical staff, photographers, etc. The overall staff to player ratio is around 1:8. During the training period, players will have the opportunity to get in touch with each coach and learn the teaching style of different coaches.
